The company’s vision  is to make the voice of 100 million employees heard & valued. They aim to help enterprises build cultures where people love to come to work.

Currently inFeedo serves over 175+ people-first enterprises in more than 60 countries, with Amber having over 1.3 million conversations in the last year alone.

Their customers include MNCs like Samsung, Xiaomi, Lenovo, conglomerates like TATA, Godrej, Bharti and unicorns like Unacademy, Paytm, OYO.

Recently, the company raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Jungle Ventures and Tiger Global. The round also saw participation from existing investors Bling Capital.

Upon raising this investment, Tanmaya said:

Super grateful to every single customer and inFolk for inspiring us to raise the bar. To give our heart and soul every single day. 🙏”

The company will use the funds to triple its product line, double its team, and accelerate growth in Southeast Asia, the US, and India in the next few years.

The startup is actively hiring for over 140 remote roles across all functions, especially marketing, product, engineering, and sales in these regions.

John Curtius, Partner at Tiger Global recently said, “We are excited to partner with Tanmaya and the inFeedo team. We believe they will be a leader in the employee listening market.”
