Logistics player, LoadShare Networks raised $40M in a Series C round led by Tiger Global

India’s logistics sector is valued at $160 billion and employs over 22 million people directly. 

It is expected to grow at a CAGR of 10 per cent to $215 billion by 2022.

LoadShare Networks is one such player in the Indian logistic sector that is one of the country’s fastest-growing logistics companies. With a far-reaching express and logistics network, LoadShare covers the entire North East and East India, metros, Karnataka, Kerala, UP, Rajasthan, Gujrat, and many more locations.

LoadShare offers extensive and large scale logistics services like:

  • Fulfilment solutions, 
  • First-mile, line-haul, last-mile deliveries
  • Third-party fulfilment
  • Modular logistics software solution to partners.

The company recently raised $40M(300 Cr) in a Series C funding round led by by Tiger Global Management. The round saw participation from Filter Capital India Advisors LLP,  57 Stars LLC and previous investors CDC Group plc and Matrix Partners India.

The startup has geographically scaled up from East, tier 2/3 heavy ops to a true pan-India play across metros and upcountry. They deliver 2.5 lakh orders per day on last mile, 300+ tonnes per day in regional trucking across more than 18 states, 500+ towns.

Raghuram Talluri, Co-founder and CEO, said in a recent press release,”We plan to further invest in five key themes — building a world-class team, build distinctive SME logistics tech, deepen our EV push, improve customer experience and deepen our unique regional logistics and warehousing network to enable faster deliveries.”

The company also thanked their early investors  Matrix Partners India, Stellaris Venture Partners, BEENEXT, for being a part of their journey.
